Personal Trainer PDX: Try Some Drop Weight Sets

If you are getting stuck with your routine, start doing drop sets to add variety. Start out with your regular routine and then on your last set, drop the weight by 5 to 10 percent and then keep dropping it. Try to get as many repetitions as you can and when you can’t get one more rep, drop the weight and keep going. Ask your personal trainer about this or tell your workout partner.
