If you are getting stagnant in your workouts or you are getting lazy, you need to go back to your goals. See if you made your goals not realistic, it is okay to alter them, but make them so they will keep you motivated. Go back to that journal that you wrote them in and see where the breakdown is occurring. Once you find it, implement a plan to get you out of your funk, and then keep moving forward. The trick is to keep moving forward no matter how challenging and difficult it may be. You will get there, it will just take some patience and time, but you will get there.
