If you are looking for an excellent abdominal routine to start or end your workout, check out Krazy Ab’s part 1. The whole ab routine is a little less than 10-minutes but it is jam packed with all kinds of different exercises that you can add to your existing routine. If you are someone who likes to their workout first then do abs at the end, or you are someone who likes to do their cardio first, then weights, and finish your workout with a strong abdominal routine; Krazy Ab’s Part 1 will be the icing on the cake.
