Holiday Fitness Tips – Exercising your Abdominal and Core Muscles

It is the Holiday time and parties and celebrations have been happening all month long. This is also a perfect time for people to come up with some of the best excuses in the world on why they cannot exercise or make time to go to the gym.
If you can make time to do quick workouts that will get your heart pumping and those muscles burning then you are doing something, and that is better than nothing.
